Jetsetter Travel Hub provides visa application assistance and document guidance only. We are not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.

Visa approval, validity, number of entries, permitted duration of stay, processing time, and requests for additional documentation are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Payment for our visa assistance service does not guarantee visa approval. Embassy, visa application centre, courier, biometric, insurance, translation, appointment, or other third-party charges may apply separately unless specifically stated as included in your quotation.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended due to additional verification, peak travel periods, public holidays, incomplete documentation, or circumstances beyond our control.

Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and genuine documents. We recommend applying well in advance and avoiding non-refundable travel arrangements until the required visa has been issued.

Possession of a valid Schengen visa does not automatically guarantee entry. Final admission remains subject to border and immigration authorities.

A little clarity

Your questions, answered.

1. How long does a Schengen visa take to process?

The normal processing time is approximately 15 calendar days after the application is submitted. In individual cases, processing may be extended up to 45 days.

2. How long can I stay with a Schengen tourist visa?

A short-stay Schengen visa generally permits stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Your actual permitted stay and visa validity will be stated on the visa issued.

3. Which Schengen country should I apply through?

If visiting one country, apply through that country's competent consulate. If visiting several Schengen countries, you generally apply through the country where you will spend the longest period. If your stays are equal, the first-entry country generally determines where you apply.

4. Do I need to provide biometrics?

Usually, yes. Applicants may be required to provide fingerprints and a photograph when submitting their application. Existing fingerprints stored in the Visa Information System may be reusable in certain circumstances.

5. Does Jetsetter Travel Hub guarantee my Schengen visa?

No. No travel agency can guarantee visa approval. Jetsetter Travel Hub assists with preparing and organizing your application, but the final decision is made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
